Each week we plan a menu with the very best seasonal products that nature has to offer.
We select the best ingredients in particular from the Eastern Veneto area, still paying attention to Italian cuisine tradition.
Quality and freshness
All products are chosen on the base of their freshness, as well as their organic and nutritional qualities.
We get them daily at the locan fish, fruit and vegetable markets as well as from selected producers.
With great care and timing we work hard to preserve all the special flavours and fragrances that go into our preparations.
